Warranty Period
Your warranty coverage starts automatically from the day your item is delivered to you - no registration is required! Depending on the product type, the warranty period in New Zealand (NZ) ranges from 6 months to 5 years:
| Secretlab Classics and Secretlab TITAN Evo Chairs | 3 years |
| Secretlab Classics and Secretlab TITAN Evo Chairs registered under the Extended Warranty Program | 5 years |
| Secretlab TITAN Extra Extra Small (XXS) Chairs | 5 years |
| Secretlab chair accessories and/or add-ons that are sold separately | 1 year |
| Secretlab MAGNUS/Pro Desks | 5 years |
| All other items not covered above | 6 months |
What does the Warranty Cover?
We want to help you enjoy your product again so we’ll be happy to provide free replacement parts for any issue (defect/damage) with your product - unless the parts were damaged due to wear and tear, improper usage, and aftercare, modifications, and factors outside of our control.
Unfortunately, the warranty coverage is valid only in the region of purchase and does not cover claims made outside of NZ.
Claims Process
We highly recommend submitting your claim within 14 days of noticing any issues (defects/damages) so we can get right to it!
To make sure your claim is handled promptly by our Warranty specialists, submit it through our contact form. Though no registration is needed, we’d still need to validate your warranty so it would be handy to have the following info when submitting your claim:
- Invoice or Order Number
- Current shipping address
- 6 or 7-digit Serial Number located on the chair backrest
- 7-Digit Serial Number located on the assembly manual
It’d be helpful to include pictures to support your claim so our Warranty Specialist can check out the issue(s) a.s.a.p!
What Happens if My Warranty Has Expired?
Even if your warranty has ended (or you’d missed out on extending it), we’d be happy to provide the parts you need - only we’d have to charge for them (sorry!).
