We highly recommend submitting your claim within 14 days of noticing any defects or damages so we can get right to righting them!
To make sure your claim is handled promptly by our Warranty specialists, submit it though our contact form. Though no registration is needed, we’d still need to validate your warranty so it would be handy to have the following info when submitting your claim:
- Invoice or Order Number
- Current shipping address
- 6 or 7-Digit Serial Number located on the chair backrest
- 7-Digit Serial Number located on the assembly manual
It’d also be helpful to include pictures to support your claim so our Warranty Specialist can check out the issues a.s.a.p!
