Where does Secretlab ship to in New Zealand (NZ)?

We ship to most residential and commercial addresses in New Zealand’s North and South Islands. 

Does Secretlab Ship to P.O. boxes in New Zealand (NZ)?

We’d love to offer self-collection from P.O. boxes and pick-up shops for your convenience. The bulky and heavy nature of our products prohibits most P.O. boxes from accepting them.

 

Shipping Times

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Under normal circumstances and for in-stock items, we will typically have them delivered within the estimated delivery periods:

• Standard Shipping - Delivered within 2-6 working days
• Priority Shipping - Delivered within 1-3 working days
• Express Shipping (Small Parcel) - Delivered within 1-2 days for all zones and within 2-3 days for South Island, Chatham Island, Waiheke Island 

Pre-order items will also typically adhere to these estimates as soon as they come in stock.
